Bridging both strategy and M&A, as well as broader business improvement, the team enjoys a prominent position in the organisation, dealing with the CEO, CFO and business unit heads. The strategy currently in play is dynamic, with business growth, product development and technology investment.
Suitable candidates will have 3-5 years M&A experience from a reputable firm or similar experience from a leading consulting practice. You will display commercial awareness and a curiosity to learn about the inner workings of a business, strong project management capabilities, financial modelling and an ability to forge relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
