We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Corporate Finance Associate to join our growing infrastructure client. You will play a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making, capital planning, and investment analysis across a portfolio of large-scale infrastructure assets and development projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of financial modelling, and a passion for shaping the financial future of critical infrastructure that powers communities and economies in Australia.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop complex financial models for asset valuations, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Support capital structuring, funding strategies, and debt/equity financing activities.
  • Assist with M&A transactions, joint ventures, and divestitures, including due diligence and financial analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality board papers, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with project teams to assess financial viability of infrastructure developments.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance of assets and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct market and industry analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Liaise with banks, investors, and external advisors on corporate finance activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3-6+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure advisory, or similar.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Experience working in or with infrastructure, utilities, energy, transport, or capital-intensive sectors.
