They are looking to appoint a Commissions Manager as part of their Commercial Management team. The role will be responsible for implementing and running a new commission structure for the company's B2B sales team, designed to help the business reach its commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded individual with c.10 years prior experience in implementing and running commission and incentive plans within a corporate setting. The ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders across the business - including executive leadership, sales, finance, HR and payroll - will be essential in this role, along with previous people management experience.
