Our client is one of the world’s most diverse fund managers, with expertise across all asset classes, both liquid and illiquid. As a result of exceptional growth in Australia, a number of opportunities have been created.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, and reporting into the Regional Head of Client Services in Asia, your role will be to ensure that local clients have an exceptional experience with the organisation. Your exposure will be broad, across Institutional Clients, Private Wealth Clients and Consultants, and you will need to develop a strong understanding of your clients in each of those segments.

Your role will encompass:

• Managing all client queries
• Working with all the Centres of Excellence for the business globally, such as product, legal, compliance and operations
• Ensuring effective client transitions
• Helping shape all messaging to clients
• Working closely with the sales team to provide proactive communication
• Managing the distribution of client reporting
• Attending client meetings where appropriate

This role is positioned at Associate Vice President level, and it is anticipated you will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. The team in Australia has developed a great, proactive culture, and as such, they are looking for an individual who has the same client centric, can do attitude.
