This key role will support the execution of the company’s strategic objectives through M&A, with responsibility for assessing and managing major deals, leading commercial negotiations and providing recommendations to C-suite and the board.
Working closely with other internal teams including legal, tax, accounting and treasury, as well as a broad range of advisors and industry experts, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the corporate environment, joining a supportive, collaborative and high-profile deal team. As such, we see this role suiting an investment banking professional, or someone with experience at a listed corporate or investment manager, who enjoys working on M&A and is looking to join an impressive business that actively promotes career development and progression.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of M&A deal execution, with the ability to manage a transaction from start to finish, proactively addressing any risks. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, given the range and level of stakeholders you will be exposed to.
