If you have real estate investment banking, advisory or direct investment experience, and are looking for an entrepreneurial early stage real estate investor, this could be for you.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new developments (development phase / fund investment period)
- Day-to-day management of the fund / funds ie. management of a portfolio of co-living properties
- Screen sites to ensure they meet appropriate investor hurdle rates
- Manage and update fund model; scenario analysis
- Prepare IC papers to get acquisitions / developments approved
- Involvement in negotiations with vendors
- Assist with settlement requirements with legal team
- Preparation of monthly investment committee reporting
- Assist with debt procurement
- Development of individual asset plans; monitoring performance of individual assets and reporting to Investment Committee
- Devise and execute investment strategies to maximise fund returns for the investors
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, and capital raisings for the initial fund as well as potential new funds
- Prepare and maintain reports to Investors, committee’s, and the board (accounting / financing functions will also be involved)
- Ad-hoc and monthly portfolio analysis; monthly, quarterly and annual reports
As above, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone that wants to join an early stage investor, who has backing from a bulge bracket institutional investor, that wants to work in an exciting and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal profile will have circa 2-5 years experience from an investment bank, advisory or from a fund within the real estate industry.
