Corporate Development Associate

Our client is a diversified corporate with several operating companies, which are involved in some of the biggest infrastructure and construction projects in the APAC region. With growing demand for their services in the energy transition and resources sectors in particular, they are looking to appoint a Corporate Development Associate to their busy M&A and investments team. This team covers all major transactions for the Group, as well as strategy, investment management and driving performance across the operating businesses. 

Working as part of this small but high-profile team within the organisation, you will support senior leadership with major M&A transactions, managing the investment portfolio, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, as well as assisting with the group strategy. Key responsibilities include providing analytical support for investment, divestment and acquisition decisions through research, building financial models, due diligence and stakeholder engagement. 

We feel this role will suit a talented M&A professional - from investment banking, corporate development, Big 4 corporate advisory or an investment manager - who wants to work for a diverse and active corporate, with strong deal flow and great exposure to senior leadership. A proven track record of working on M&A transactions, strong technical skills and the ability to build relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders are essential for this role.
