Our client is a leading Investment Banking platform with deep networks in Australia and unrivalled access to global markets. They are looking to appoint an Associate in their growing Loan Capital Markets team, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.

This role will support senior bankers with origination and distribution of primary market syndicated loan transactions, working closely with global DCM teams, coverage and sector bankers, private credit and institutional investors and clients to deliver innovative solutions across loan/bond capital markets.

Key responsibilities include: managing the transaction process from initial analysis and client engagement to distribution strategy and deal completion; preparing syndication materials; liquidity analysis; developing and maintaining relationships with investors and other banks; and providing loan market intelligence to clients.
