Our client is a leading platform in Australia who are looking to grow their Sydney team after numerous years of strong performance. Given a busy pipeline of M&A across the full range of infrastructure industry sub-sectors, the team is looking for a strong M&A Associate/VP to join them on their growth trajectory.

With direct mentoring from tier 1 senior bankers, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team, with upside in terms of exposure to the strategy of the business, client relationships and transaction execution.

Suitable candidates will possess exposure to the Infrastructure/Renewables sector and have at least 4 and up to 9 years of infrastructure transaction experience. Exposure to project finance or those from the debt side of the infrastructure industry will also be highly valued. The candidate will most likely come from a strong independent corporate advisory firm or an investment banking platform. Experience executing deals within the various infrastructure sub-sectors will be strongly preferred by our client.
