Our client is a leading Investment Banking platform with deep networks in Australia and unrivalled access to debt markets globally. They are looking to appoint an Associate in their growing Debt Capital Markets team, with a particular focus on loans syndication and sales.

This role will support senior bankers with origination, through to distribution of primary and secondary market syndicated loan transactions, working closely with global DCM teams, coverage and sector bankers, investors and clients to deliver innovative financing solutions across loan capital markets.

Key responsibilities include: assisting with transaction execution from start to finish, for both primary and secondary market transactions; preparing syndication materials; liquidity analysis; developing and maintaining relationships with investors and other banks; and providing loan market intelligence to clients.
