About the Company:

Our client, a leading independent firm based in Sydney, is seeking a talented and driven Equity Capital Markets Analyst to join their team. With expertise from a host of strong ex-bulge bracket leaders, our client specialises in delivering innovative and tailored capital markets solutions for small-cap and emerging companies, whilst supporting traditional larger players with their capital raising needs.  

Leveraging extensive market expertise from a strong network of institutional and high-net-worth investors, they connect companies with the capital needed to fuel growth. Their bespoke approach ensures clients benefit from seamless and effective capital-raising processes.

Your Role:

As an Equity Capital Markets Analyst, you will play a key role in the execution of transactions and the development of client relationships. This is a hands-on role with exposure to all facets of the ECM process, including deal structuring, investor engagement, and strategic advisory.

About You :

Our client is seeking a high potential junior candidate with 1-3 years of experience in ECM or 2-4 years in M&A Advisory or a Big 4 Valuations/Modelling team. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills are key to this role and candidates should be familiar with building DCF/3-way financial models.
