Infrastructure Associate, Infrastructure Private Capital - Highly credentialed international investor

An opportunity has arisen for a best-of-class junior to mid level investment banker, adviser, corporate development professional or investor (c. 2-5yrs), with
an infrastructure focus, to join one of the world’s leading unlisted infrastructure and renewables investors.

The platform manages a diverse range of infrastructure investments across Energy and Utilities; areas where they are able to demonstrate competitive
advantage in putting deals together. And they’ve been busy, completing 4 acquisitions in 2023 alone. The culture is supportive, friendly and there is
genuine opportunity for progression in terms of position, responsibilities and skill set. Duties include due diligence, review and execution of potential asset
acquisitions, valuation and scenario analysis of the existing portfolio, assisting with investment committee materials and assisting with
implementing appropriate capital structures for assets.

investor and asset manager.
