Senior Associate / Associate within Private Equity

Our client is a renowned Private Equity firm looking for an Associate to join the team in their Sydney office. This is a growth hire and they are keen to engage high quality, dynamic and ambitious PE investors / investment bankers with 3-6 years’ experience. You will enjoy full support of the local team and regional industry experts, both from an origination / strategic perspective, as well as in deal execution.

The Role:

• Conducting thorough research and analysis of potential investment opportunities
• Assessing market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify attractive investment sectors and opportunities
• Monitoring and working closely with portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle

Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 years of Private Equity experience with a background in top tier investment banking or consulting
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset, able to work efficiently in a lean team across diverse strategies
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment whilst managing several projects simultaneously
• Applicants must have full Australian working rights to be considered for this opportunity
