Senior Associate / Associate within Private Equity

Our client is a renowned international Private Equity firmlooking for an Associate to join the team in their Sydney office. This is agrowth hire, and they are keen to engage high quality, dynamic and ambitious PEinvestors / investment bankers with 3-6 years’ experience. You will enjoy fullsupport of the local team and regional industry experts, both from anorigination / strategic perspective, as well as in deal execution.

The Role:

• Conducting thorough research and analysis of potential investment opportunities.
• Assessing market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify attractive investment sectors and opportunities.
• Monitoring and working closely with portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.

Candidate Profile:

• As SA level, 1-2 years of Private Equity experience with a background in top tier investment banking or consulting.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset, able to work efficiently in a lean team across diverse strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment whilst managing several projects simultaneously.
• Applicants must have full Australian working rights to be considered for this opportunity.
