Associate Director – Energy Transition Fund

Our client is at the forefront of investment into energy transition and emerging technologies within Australia. With a large amount of capital to commit, they are in an exciting phase of growth, supporting businesses in the most cutting-edge areas of decarbonisation and sustainability. 

This role will support an experienced team in originating, structuring and executing debt and equity transactions. Key responsibilities will include evaluating and closing investment opportunities through financial modelling, analysis, due diligence, preparation of IMs, credit analysis, negotiating terms and engaging a wide variety of stakeholders throughout the process.  

Strong commercial acumen, excellent technical skills and the ability to leverage networks in banking and across the broader infrastructure and energy sector will all be critical in ensuring success in this role.
