Associate - Global Infrastructure Investor with Innovative Capital Solutions

• Responsibility for evaluating new M&A opportunities, making investment recommendations to senior leadership and assisting with the management of new and existing portfolio assets.

This role will offer wide-ranging exposure to core and core plus assets, with a particular focus on the energy, renewables and digital infrastructure sectors. The fund is growing significantly and you will have the opportunity to work on a number of new investment projects (including bolt-ons), as well as gaining valuable asset management experience.

‍Suitable candidates will ideally have c.3-5 years of investment banking, corporate development or equity investing experience, with knowledge of the energy/infrastructure space preferred. You will have strong technical skills, with a demonstrable track record of successful deal completion, and have the ability to build enduring relationships with stakeholders across the platform and external advisors.
