Our client is a leading Australian advisory firm who are looking to continue expanding their Sydney M&A team following continued success in a market where others have struggled to execute on transactions.

Under mentoring from a strong ex-bulge bracket senior bench with an exceptional track record in the M&A market, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team, with upside in terms of exposure to the strategy of the business, client relationships, transaction origination and execution.

The successful candidate will likely be from an accounting firm or independent corporate advisory firm within the M&A function, with 2-4 years experience in modeling/valuations/deal execution. Experience executing deals within infrastructure/Renewables sectors will be highly regarded by our client.
