Our client is a leading name in the Australian Investment Banking market, with an established client base, transaction track record and culture. It has been particularly successful in attracting high quality talent from bulge bracket platforms who are seeking to leverage their experience into an environement that is sustainable, more fairly remunerated and has equity participation, whilst maintaining a high level of client service and execution support.
We are now looking to speak with experienced bankers or those already in the independent space, with proven origination across the financial sponsors world, for a lead role in their team. You will take advantage of an established and loyal client base, together with supportive and well trained junior and mid level transaction execution.
The remuneration levels are some of the best in the industry when comparing revenue to total comp. This is complimented with a generous equity plan that kicks in from day 1.
