After completing a BSc at UNSW and retiring from a 10-year professional swimming career, In 2017, Matthew transitioned into executive recruitment with Pacific Talent Partners. There, he contributed to the growth of their Finance and Accounting practice. In 2019, Matthew joined East Partnership, focusing on front office Investment Banking and Capital Markets.
Matthew specialises in recruitment assignments across M&A and industry coverage as well as ECM. His clients range from bulge bracket investment banks to domestic independent advisory firms. His knowledge of and access to talent across his specialised areas has made him a valuable asset to clients looking to strengthen their teams from Analyst through to VP levels.
