Investment Associate - Mid Market PE

This is a growth hire due to a strong transaction pipeline, and with capital ready to deploy, we see this as a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly regarded, experienced team with significant exposure to senior deal-makers.

The role:

• Work across all aspects of transaction process - origination, structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
• Take responsibility for specific workstreams - commercial dd, financial modelling etc
• Work closely with portfolio businesses play a part in the expansion and transformation of their operations

Candidate profile:

• 1-4 years' experience in investment banking (M&A) or Private Equity
• Strong financial, analytical, and commercial acumen
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Team player with a proactive approach who is eager to learn
