After graduating with a BEc from the University of Sydney & MCom from UNSW, Toby worked within Wealth Management before moving to recruitment in 2023.

Starting out within Accounting & Finance recruitment, Toby then joined East Partnership to specialise in an area more suited to his education and background. Toby's role is to identify up and coming talent across Investment Banking, Private Capital & Corporate Strategy.
